So I just spent a few minutes trying to find answers. They never told you that it was a copyright issues, so they had no right to keep those photos.
Also I can’t find too much on nudity (I’m assuming since you said “with our shirts off”) but I did obviously find the whole “can’t print child porn” business. Maybe she thought you guys were underage? I would call now, tell them you can prove your age, there is no forced sexual act, it is not porn and that since they were obviously taken on a disposable camera, there are no copyright issues.
